AirtableThis February 2021 recording is “A New Tool + Weekly Update | UF CANADA EP.7.” Watch it for the original project update. The separate planning notes below cover social media post generation.
Plan a post generation workflow
A useful workflow starts with an approved source, such as a published freelancer profile. Store the source URL, approved facts, proposed copy, image, platform, and review status. Generate a draft from those facts, then send it for review. Do not publish automatically while you are still checking the output.
For a hypothetical freelancer spotlight, include the approved name, service, and profile URL. The draft should not add client results or availability that the profile does not establish. Keep a record of the post and platform so retries do not publish it twice.
These planning notes are separate from the original demonstration. For a fuller written approach, read the AI social post workflow. Start with one approved source and review one draft before connecting a publishing action.
