Use this as a historical bill review
The video records my 2020 tool costs. Current prices and my current subscriptions may differ. The written source contains chapter times, but no verified amounts. It cannot provide a reliable cost table by itself. Use the original recording for the historical bill walkthrough.
Its essentials cover Airtable, Webflow, Zapier, and Memberstack. Its extras cover Parabola, Jetboost, Integromat, MailerLite, Postmark, and Circle. Those groups describe my setup at that time. Your essential tools depend on your requirements.
For a current budget, list each plan, billing currency, billing period, seats, and expected usage. Separate monthly payments from annual bills divided by 12. Include automation runs, email volume, payment fees, and any setup or maintenance work. Avoid adding two tools that perform the same job unless both have a clear purpose.
Use the marketplace operating-cost guide to structure an estimate. Confirm actual prices on provider pages before treating that estimate as a spending commitment.
