Evaluate payments and publishing separately

This is my 2021 Jotform selection story. The chapters cover the shortlist, criteria, advantages, limitations, and On2Air possibilities. For a current job-board form, compare conditional fields, editing, payment handling, approval, and your monthly submission allowance. Do not choose solely from a historical tool ranking.

Jotform documents Stripe payments with separate Test and Live modes. That is one current payment option, not a statement about the exact provider used in the original recording. Use Test mode and a test payment connection while checking your form. Keep payment state separate from listing approval. A paid but rejected listing needs a defined refund or correction process.

Store submission ID, payment reference, review status, and CMS item ID. Confirm successful payment through the provider before changing a paid entitlement. A repeated submission must not create another charge or listing. Test successful payment, failed payment, rejection, and a repeated event before publication.
