Create one staged Webflow item from an automation

Airtable can run a script after a record changes. Use a plan that includes Run a script. Airtable’s automation guide lists current plan limits.

For this example, use a copied record with a title, slug, approval state, and Webflow item ID field. Trigger only when the record becomes approved and no destination ID exists. Store a scoped Webflow token in the automation's secret configuration, not in a field or public page.
